Best work boot ever. Comfortable, lightweight and surprinsingly durable for the price. Bought my first pair in May 2019 to replace a pair of Royer that were killing my feet. Had my doubts buying such cheap boots but they were the only one in stock in my size at my local store. I figured they'll last as long as they'll last and I'll get something better next time. Well next time came in, four years later of nearly daily wear doing everything from woodworking, metalworking, logging, landscaping, working on cars, remodeling a basement (twice), building a new house, etc.. Those boots have done it all and even more. I've worn through the inside lining to the point it caused chaffing through my socks. Didn't even shop around, just went to Mark's and bought the same exact pair. Seriously, those cheap boots lasted longer than my Royers, JB Goodhues or Terra boots. Only maintenance I ever did on my boots is twice a year I give them a good clean down with a stiff brush followed by a generous coating of Dubbin Grease. Keep the leather supple and give some waterproofness to the entire boot. I've soaked through them many many many times (rain, water puddle, even a couple accidental swim in the river installing a dock) and the leather never got dry or cracked.
