This rugged and versatile women's jacket from Dakota WorkPro Series features T-MAX® thermal insulation which provides maximum warmth and superior comfort by combining three types of high-performance fibres. This jacket also features HYPER-DRI® HD3 waterproof and breathable protection. An adjustable and removable hood, adjustable hems and sleeves, breathable underarm vents and plenty of pockets round out the design. Velcro® closures will help keep the elements out, and reflective piping provides extra visibility for your safety.

I love the fit of this jacket, the warmth, and how reflective the strips are for night time. Only negative is the jacket causes lots of static and is way too expensive!

Bought this in Oct17 and it has withstood both rain, heavy snow, and cold weather. As well as my 85 lb puppy chewing and tearing at it. It does get heavier with rain and then has to drip dry. Muddy pawprints easily wiped clean.

I love this jacket. The fit is great, it's waterproof and warm. But, I find it is not as reflectorized as I wanted. The back stripes do show up if a vehicle light hits it though. I would buy again.

The Women's HD3 Waterproof 200D Stretch T-MAX Lined Jacket, style 1AANDK-HDSJL01, does not provide temperature ratings due to the variety of cold weather temperatures a person can feel. The warmth provided by this garment will depend on the type of work, the environmental conditions (windchill, humidity), metabolism, type of layering as well as other factors. This jacket has 125 grams of T-Max which would make it a midweight insulation. It has 4-way stretch made with 200 denier trilobal ripstop fabric (95% Polyester5% Spandex). This garment is Hyper-Dri 3 with a waterproof barrier laminated to the underside of the outer fabric and a durable water repellent (DWR) treatment applied on the outside.

It depends on type of work, the environmental conditions (windchill, humidity), metabolism, type of layering and many other factors. This jacket has 125gms, which would make it a mid weight insulation. It also has below exceptional features -It has 4-way stretch made with 200 denier trilobal ripstop fabric (95% Polyester5% Spandex) -Treated with Hyper-Dri 3 where a waterproof barrier is laminated to the underside of the outer fabric and a durable water repellent (DWR) treatment is applied on the outside.
