Incapable Staff

The person that packed my order from the Medicine Hat store I believe forgot to take off the security code, so I had to go to the store and when I walked in of course the alarm went off!
I said to the cashier yup that’s me, and I told her what happened I was treatedas if I stole the mittens and come back to have the security lock taken off! She needed to see a receipt! I just walked in the store with them! So I’m not impressed to say the least!
