Throw away those silly round cleats and get these ice cleats. I walk my dogs twice a day no matter the weather, often on thick ice in the winter and these really dig in and do the job. I can walk with confidence. Easy to slip on and off. If you are worried about slipping and falling, I urge you to get a pair. Like winter tires for your feet, LOL.

This has already been a year of ice covered sidewalks and roads, an absolute hazard to life and limb. These cleats are amazing. The metal spikes dig into and grip even the glaring, mirror ice sheets. I can now walk absolutely anywhere safely and without fear of a tumble. I highly recommend that everybody, particularly those of a certain age, don a pair these before leaving home to walk. Absolutely not for wearing indoors, they are death to wooden, laminate or linoleum surfaces. Having said that, a 5 star rating from me and my friends. Don't leave home without them.
