I found this slipper actually in Sept. I went to your store and asked for it. I was told it is out of season item. They couldn’t find it. Then I received your promotion email find it is still available. I put my order in at the same store then I pick it up in the afternoon. Little confused here that I made effort to go into your store to shop but I was told not available. I think nowadays you promote more on online shopping?
