Only observation and suggestion to make it better is that the bag the piece came in was scrunched in a big ball of a mess. I always receive neatly folded clothing merchandise from vendors. This was a first.

I love the warmth and comfort of this H&H jacket so much, I now have 3. They are relaxed fit, yet still look great. They are not winter jackets, but work great in spring and fall.
Please: a sincere request. You shipped via Purolator and they (in my experiences & those of several others) no longer ship to my home. We live several miles from town, but our actual address. Mark's said it would co.e too my house but that didn't happen. So please make sure, their orders GET DELIVERED to the address they said it would
BTW, Dragonfly doesn't deliver to home. These 2 companies drop orders off several miles away - although their sites claim to deliver to house. So far, in the last couple of yrs, all drivers wear turbans and sound like they're from India area. That's when they stopped 'HOME DELIVERY'. If I know a company refuses to send Canada Post, I won't order from them

This jacket is really cute. Super soft. Pattern is lovely. It has a good. I purchased it on sale and considering what it is, I wouldn't pay full price for it. Even $95 is a bit steep so will continue to consider whether or not to keep it. I would definitely purchase it and see for yourself, because it is really lovely and comfortable. It is also long enough to cover my behind, which I love.

This coat is very cozy. Nice zipper. Beautiful hood that's stays on In severe winds. Would have given 5 stars but why oh why are there no inside pockets and not even zippers on the 2 outer pockets. Very disappointing with everyone carrying phones, keys etc
