We have a 1 year warranty on all products. Please contact cs@fieldsheer.ca to resolve your issue. We have a full team of customer service people in North America to assist customers who have questions or need warranty work. We will be happy to replace these for a higher priced pair.

The wire may have broken when pulling them up. It appears important to hold onto the socks on the top and bottom of our foot, not on the sides.

One of the socks of the pair I purchased quit heating after 6 weeks of use. As soon as I sent the photo of the cut wire of the sock another pair was sent to me. This service is exceptional. It is not the same model, so I can't use the same charger as the first pair, and it has no remote control, but the socks and heat are great!

These fit well, and heat up nicely. I have Raynaud's syndrome in my feet and these socks help keep my toes from going numb.
