Split at seams after only wearing them a few times
a month ago
Bought before Christmas when they were on sale. Didn't wear them until March as they aren't practical for winter. Well after wearing them less than 20 times they are already splitting along the seams near the heal of the shoe where you put you foot in (see pictures) on both shoes. I suspect they won't last a month of regular wear.

Hello.
I was disappointed with my experience picking up my order.
The associate was clearly having a bad day but was annoyed by the treatment I received.
While waiting in line an associate opened up a second till and rather then greeting me she motioned with her hand to approach the counter. I introduced myself and had my order number but instead she asked for my surname which was fine.
Once she found my order she slid the box across the counter and stated “ you’re good to go”.
I won’t be patronizing that location again.
