I ordered these work shoes online and the order was received, processed and shipped through express same day delivery. The delivery was canceled last minute and customer service could not tell me why and gave me the number to the store where the work shoes were getting picked up. They gave me the wrong store number. Once I got the right number I called the store and someone answered “Hello”. I had to ask if it was mark work warehouse store. They said yes. I explained what the situation was and they told me they couldn’t help me to call customer service. I explained customer service told me to call the store. They replied “I don’t know why they would tell you that”. I called customer service AGAIN, and informed them that the store told me they couldn’t help me and that I had to call customer service. The customer service rep told me “ I don’t know why they would tell you that”. Almost like that sentence is in the script. I called the store once again and cancelled the order and wanted a refund.I asked for an email confirming that the order was canceled they told me they couldn’t do that until the refund was approved. Which is completely wrong as the customer should have confirmation that the order was cancelled. It has been 7 days and I have not received any type of email or a refund and my money it’s in the air. Horrible customer service. The company dropped the ball in customer service I will never shop at Marks work warehouse ever again.

Excellent confort, je n'y pense pas pendant la journée comparativement à mes anciens d'une aitre marque qui me donnaient des ampoules. Super look, confort et ca semble vouloir durer ! Quand j'aurai besoin de les remplacer, je vais racheter les mêmes !
