WindRiver Women's Downpour Neoprene Rain Boots

These are the most comfortable rubber boots I've ever purchased. Rubber lower makes them waterproof the neoprene upper make some flexible for walking.

Bought these boots to replace my old pair which i had for several years and loved! Unfortunately it seems the quality isnt as good as it used to be. 1 month in and the insole is falling apart. The sole of the boot is already beginning to tear and im scared its going to take on water. Might be good if you only use occasionally for an hour or two but otherwise pretty disappointing :(

This is my second pair of Windriver "waterproof" boots, two different styles. Both started leaking along the edge within the first two months of wearing them. I volunteer at a bird rescue and need waterproof boots for cleaning duck pens, so I thought Windriver would be perfect. Very dissapointed.

Four months after purchasing these boots and they are quite literally falling apart. I bought these initially looking for waterproof boots. I went into the store. I asked the associate several times to confirm that these are 100% waterproof. He assured me they were. They are not. I reached out to Customer Service because I needed waterproof boots and these are not waterproof despite the store associate promising me that they were. Customer Service refused to help me. So I continued to use these boots for alternative uses than the initial intended use. Well, 4 months later and the soles on both boots are literally ripping off. I maybe wear these boots once per week. Since they're not waterproof, they're pretty useless, so I rarely wear them. I have reached out to Customer Service as a result. I've been told that they're past the 100 day warranty, as a result, nothing can be done. I was still asked to send in pictures of the boots and the receipt. I did that TWICE. The customer service agent said they they're unable to open the photo attachments I've sent. I'm not sure why I'm expected to solve the agents tech issues. I've sent the photos and receipt that was requested. I've even sent them to family members to ensure there was no issue with the attachments. Seems like I'm getting screwed over. Very dissatisfied and disappointed, especially since this is Mark's own brand. Seems like quality and customer service is of no concern to the company, and they're only manufacturing boots to last just over 100 days so that they do not need to honour the warranty. DO NOT BUY THESE BOOT.
