These are what I needed for daily walks. So many other 'hiking shoes' look like you're about to climb the Matterhorn! Very big and bulky and heavy to walk in. I only walk trails and these have been a great success. Best thing was the service I got at Mark's when I couldn't see my size: Kirsten whipped me efficiently through the process of ordering the right size, assured me they would be delivered to my home, took off the savings due that day and explained that if they didn't fit just bring them back for a full refund. Then I got follow-up emails when they were on their way and more follow-ups until they arrived in the mail box. Brilliant. Thank you.

Colour doesn't match

Overall I like these shoes but the colour in the pictures provided does not match the product. These shoes are far darker in person, I would describe them as dark slate and not grey.
