Comfortable, easy-on and easy-off

I find the shoes comfortable. Being a slip-on shoe, easily swapping between shoes and boots when warranted is the reason I bought these. They tend to last me about six months, at which point the canvas upper starts separating from the sole, but besides that, it's a great shoe.

Uncomfortable

If your feet are considered even remotely wide, do not buy these. I got the smallest, a size 7, and the canvas stretched so my feet move around too much in them now. But since they are steel toed, they've reshaped my big toes, damaged my pinky toes, and I have pretty bad daily pain now. I've used them almost daily for over two months and they are the worst shoes I've ever owned. I would never recommend these.

Quality control and sizing issues?

Something happened at quality control. Left shoe, fine. Right shoe, around steel plate seems like its not secure properly and digs into toes when first put on. Back of shoe digs into heel so bad thst I had to add protection to stop blisters. 0 issues on left.
Had 9.5 dakotas before, these were more like 9s
