Best boots I've ever owned

I was hesitant to go with these because of the price tag but my goodness did I get what I paid for. They've already outlasted every pair of Dakota boots I've had, and are still going strong. They're comfortable out of the box, warm in the winter and 100% waterproof, even with a good amount of use on them. I run a septic vac truck, lots of mud, water and unmentionables, as well as doing numerous construction and auto repair projects on the side. These have well surpassed my expectations, and I will absolutely be buying another pair when these ones finally need replacing.

IceFx soles are effectively anti-slip

Since I need to clear snow outside at minus 20 degrees, I need a pair of lighter and anti-icing work shoes. This pair of shoes fully meets the needs. Even if it is not equipped with an internal liner, it is still very warm at minus 20 degrees due to the T-max. The most important thing is anti-slip. When I almost slipped, the anti-slip worked well. Fortunately, I didn't fall down.

These boots are warm, comfortable and provide excellent slip protection.
One evening after work after wearing these boots all day, I slipped on another pair of brand name winter boots to take out the garbage and when I stepped outside I immediately discovered that my sidewalk was treacherously slippery. I am a safety advisor and have been telling everyone about how well these boots with ICEFX work. Of course, I have also purchased non-safety boots with ICEFX for myself and my wife.

On sale Boxing Day. The boots are pretty great overall, a very small breakin period. Wear them everyday 10-12 hrs, they’re comfortable. The toe area gets a little chilly, the sole design is curved to almost propel you forward when walking, works well in icier conditions with the icefx. We will see how they last.
