Cute but cropped, shorter than expected

Cute but very short (cropped). I have a problem with the color again, just like the jacket that I bought, the color is off, not as bad as the jacket though. It looks old, the white isn't bright, everything has a yellowish tint like it's been sitting in the closet a long time. For this item, this could be because of the yellow color sticking, but still, I was expecting it to look like the photo. In terms of size, I got a medium, it fits well, I don't think it's smaller than expected.

I ordered an extra large but it’s clearly an extra small! It is labelled as a XL but I think it’s a kid’s size! Disappointed!
